Background:
Looking for a desirable country property for sale in Kent or East
Sussex is a challenging task on the best of days. Finding one that
can house two families, one dog and three horses, with additional
room for stabling, paddocks and space to land a helicopter verges
on the impossible. Yet this was the task presented to Sands Home

To add to the pressure he needed to move in time for the start of
